Installation Questions
If I uninstall the Lesson Plan Builder, what will happen to any lesson plans I've created?
Uninstalling
"Every Teacher's Lesson Plan Builder" will not affect your saved Lesson
Plan Documents. The folders that you created and used to store your work are
not removed during the uninstall process.
Using
the Lesson Plan Builder
I
need to move my plans by one day for the remainder of the week
following a one-day emergency school closing. How do I do that?
You have a couple of options:
(1) Start a new Lesson Plan Document with the same class name,
period/group, and starting date as the original. The Lesson Plan
Builder will notify you that the document already exists and will ask
you if you want to reopen it. Respond 'Yes'. You can now edit it as
needed (using the "Large Editor" window may make this easier). Print
your plans and save the revised Lesson Plan Document.
(2) You can open the Lesson Plan Document in any word processing
software application, such as Microsoft Word, and simply edit the
dates. Take note, however, that once you save the document in this type
of word processor, it will no longer be readable by the Lesson Plan
Builder. Of course, if you have no need to reopen it, then this will
not matter.
